For businesses buying in quantity

If you run a café, a shop or an office kitchen and expect to buy regularly, write to us and we will quote you terms. We do not publish a wholesale price list, because the right price depends on what you take and how often.

How it works

  1. You send the form below. It opens your own email programme with everything filled in, so you can see exactly what you are sending before it leaves.
  2. We check the details and verify your VAT number against the EU register. This is a person reading, not a machine approving — usually within two working days.
  3. You get a quote and your own ordering link. Repeat orders can run as a standing monthly delivery, and the link is yours alone.
Three things to know before you write.

Prices are quoted net. The prices on our shop pages include VAT because they are for consumers. Yours will not.

Reverse charge may apply. If your business is VAT-registered in another EU country, we invoice without VAT and you account for it yourself. That is why we ask for the number.

Business purchases have no fourteen-day withdrawal right. That right protects consumers. It does not apply here, and our terms say so.

What happens to your data

This page runs no script that sends anything anywhere. Your answers are assembled in your browser into an email that you send from your own account, so we receive them the same way we receive any other message. Nothing is written to a database here, because there is no database. How we handle the message afterwards is in our privacy policy.
